Road Hazard Policy

At Tire Store Service Center, we are proud to be the only tire store in Texas to provide this exceptional road hazard offer. Our policy offers free protection against road hazards such as nails, potholes, and curbs, ensuring that you can drive with peace of mind. Please find below the details of our road hazard policy:

Eligibility

All tires are eligible for road hazard coverage, except for the following:

  • Mud terrain tires
  • Racing/Summer/Ultra High Performance tires
  • Commercial vehicles/tires
  • Tires with aspect ratio below 40 (ex 275/35 R20)
  • To-go Tires (No mount and Balance)
  • Farm Tires
  • Wrong application
Out-of-Area Coverage

  • If you experience a road hazard more than 50 miles away from a TSSC location, we will pay the dealer you choose directly.
  • We will cover up to the respective percentage (100%, 50%, or 25%) of the original purchase price.
  • Reimbursement will be provided upon presentation of a valid receipt from any tire dealer.
Coverage Levels

The road hazard coverage is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of tire purchase. The levels are as follows:

  • 1st year: 100% of the original purchase price
  • 2nd year: 50% of the original purchase price
  • 3rd year: 25% of the original purchase price.
  • Down to 4/32-inch tread depth, the coverage applies.
  • Coverage does not include mount or balance
  • Coverage is based on the original purchase date
Cost

The road hazard coverage is provided free of charge to our customers.

Exclusions

Our road hazard coverage does not include the following:

  • Vandalism-related damages
  • Damages resulting from accidents or collisions
  • Treadwear coverage
  • Mechanical Damage (including suspension or alignment issues)
